Employment Development, Inc.

​Employment Development, Inc. provides meaningful employment and work training to individuals with developmental disabilities in Columbiana County. The individuals at EDI are given a variety of choices and opportunities that encourages them to enhance their overall job performance and the ability to improve on-the-job work skills. Our vocational habilitation program teaches and reinforces habilitation concepts related to work, which include, responsibility, attendance, task completion, problem solving, social interaction, motor skill development, and safety.
